It was clean, very spacious and nice views to the ocean and sunset from the balcony. Walking distance from the best Wailea has to offer. It was well and tastefully furnished. Had plenty of beach towels to use.

The views from the condo were stellar. Individual grills on a private lanai. Heated pool and jacuzzi. Grounds were beautiful. Great location to the best beaches and shopping in Wailea/Kihei area.

Location is in a wonderful neighborhood with an amazing ocean view. Rooms were clean and with enough cleaning supplies and garbage bags. Large terrace and nice outdoor furniture. We used the grill and worked perfectly at no extra charge. Outdoor hose was perfect for cleaning shoes and chairs after coming from the beach. Safeway and Wailea Mall is located very close. Will recommend & come back again.

There was no breakfast unless I cooked it. If there was a breakfast, we were never made aware of it.

The beautiful grounds were perfect for our children to roam; the pool was just right and in a picturesque setting, the beds were comfortable, the ocean view in room 806 was magical.

The extra services I paid for were from other sources -- restaurants, tour operators, etc. -- not from the Palms.

The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Loved having a private lanai and grill. Location was great...walking distance to the Shops at Wailea.
